Construction Update - 6/12/2026

Project Area

• The contractor is scheduled to work on Juneteenth, Friday, June 16
• See the construction phasing map.
• Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.
• All work dates below are weather permitting.

Phase 1 & 2:

• General Notes
  • Vehicles cannot be parked on the street during construction working hours.
  • Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.

Phase 1

• Upcoming Work
  • The first layer of asphalt paving on Weston Circle, Lee Valley Circle, and Village Drive is expected to occur on Tuesday, 6/16.
  • Tara Road, Kemrich Drive, Antrim Court, and Antrim Terrace storm sewer installation is scheduled to begin the week of 6/15.
  • Antrim Court and Antrim Terrace water service installation will begin the week of 6/15.
  • Lanham Lane hydrant and gate valve installation is scheduled to begin the week of 6/15.
• Ongoing Work
  • Lanham Lane, Kemrich Drive, and Tara Road water service installation will continue into the week of 6/15.

Phase 2:

• Upcoming Work
  • Mail boxes will be salvaged and placed in front yards on 6/19.
    • Temporary mail bank information can be found here.
  • Dublin Circle temporary water main setup in preparation for water main improvements is scheduled to begin the week of 6/15.
  • Dublin Circle and W 70th Street hydrant and gate valve installation is scheduled to begin the week of 6/15.
  • Dublin Circle and W 70th Street gas main removal is scheduled to occur during the week of 6/15.
