Construction Update - 6/19/2026

Project Area

• See the construction phasing map.
• Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.
• All work dates below are weather permitting.

Phase 1 & 2:

• General Notes
  • Crews may be onsite on Saturday 6/20 preparing for pavement reclamation in Phase 1.
  • Vehicles cannot be parked on the street during construction working hours.
  • Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.

Phase 1

• Upcoming Work
  • Lanham Lane and Tara Road storm sewer and sump drain installation is scheduled to begin the week of 6/22.
  • Tara Road, Antrim Court, Antrim Terrace, and Lanham Lane reclaiming of existing asphalt is scheduled for Monday, 6/22.
  • Weston Circle, Lee Valley Circle, and Village Drive topsoil installation is scheduled to begin the week of 6/22.
• Ongoing Work
  • Kemrich Drive, Antrim Court, Antrim Terrace, and Tara Road storm sewer installation will continue into the week of 6/22.
• Completed Work
  • Lanham Lane, Tara Road, Antrim Court, and Antrim Terrace water service installation is complete.

Phase 2:

• Completed Work
  • Mail boxes have been salvaged and placed in front yards.
