Construction Update - 6/26/2026

Project Area

• See the construction phasing map.
• Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.
• All work dates below are weather permitting.

Phase 1 & 2:

• General Notes
  • Crews may be on site Saturday 6/27 installing topsoil on Weston Circle, Lee Valley Circle, and Village Drive
  • Vehicles cannot be parked on the street during construction working hours.
  • Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.

Phase 1

• Upcoming Work
  • Lanham Lane, Kemrich Drive, and Tara Road sump drain installation is scheduled to begin the week of 6/29.
  • Lee Valley Circle, Weston Circle, and Village Drive mailbox installation is scheduled to begin late during the week of 6/29.
    • Mail delivery to your permanent mailbox should resume soon after it's installed.
• Ongoing Work
  • Lee Valley Circle, Weston Circle, and Village Drive topsoil installation will continue into the week of 6/29.
• Completed Work
  • Lanham Lane, Tara Road, Kemrich Drive, Antrim Court, and Antrim Terrace storm sewer installation is complete.

Phase 2:

• Upcoming Work
  • Dublin Road and Wexford Road watermain installation is scheduled to begin the week of 6/29.
  • Fleetwood Drive water service replacement is scheduled to begin the week of 6/29.
