Construction Update - 6/5/2026

Project Area

• See the construction phasing map.
• Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.
• All work dates below are weather permitting.

Phase 1:

• General Notes
  • Vehicles cannot be parked on the street during construction working hours.
  • Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.
• Upcoming Work
  • Remaining concrete installation on Village Drive and Weston Circle is scheduled to occur the week of 6/8.
  • Driveways are scheduled to be temporarily restored with gravel on 6/8.
  • Following concrete curing, roadway grading in preparation for the first layer of paving will occur on Lee Valley Circle, Village Drive, and Weston Circle.
  • Tara Road, Antrim Court and Antrim Terrace water service installation will begin the week of 6/8.
• Ongoing Work
  • Lanham Lane water service installation will continue into the week of 6/8.
• Completed Work
  • Watermain installation on Tara Road, Antrim Court, and Antrim Terrace is complete.
