Gleason Road Closure Notice

Gleason Road between Schey Drive and Tupa Drive will be closed for utility improvements beginning on Wednesday, 7/8 until approximately Wednesday, 7/22. The detour route will be Hilary Lane and Valley View Road.

Project Area

• If you have any power outages or electrical appliance issues at your home, please call Xcel Energy at 1-800-895-1999.
• No work will occur on Friday, July 3rd in observance of Independence Day holiday.
• Please see the REVISED construction phasing map.
• Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.
• All work dates below are weather permitting.

Phase 1 & 2:

• General Notes
  • Vehicles cannot be parked on the street during construction working hours.
  • Check your front door daily for notification of temporary driveway access or water loss.

Phase 1

• Upcoming Work
  • Sod installation will begin when weather permits
• Ongoing Work
  • Lanham Lane, Kemrich Drive, and Tara Road sump drain installation will continue into the week of 7/6.
• Completed Work
  • Mailbox reinstallation on Lee Valley Circle and Weston Circle.

Phase 2:

• Upcoming Work
  • Fleetwood Drive hydrant and gate valve installation is scheduled to begin the week of 7/6.
  • Fleetwood Drive storm sewer installation is scheduled to begin the week of 7/6.
• Ongoing Work
  • Salvaging of remaining mailboxes will continue the week of 7/6. Mailboxes will be placed in front yards
  • Dublin Road and Wexford Road watermain installation will continue the week of 7/6.
• Completed Work
  • Fleetwood Drive water service installation is complete.
