Gleason Road Closure Notice

Gleason Road between Schey Drive and Tupa Drive will be closed for utility improvements until approximately Monday, 7/27. The detour route will be Hilary Lane and Valley View Road.


Project Area

  • If you have any power outages or electrical appliance issues at your home, please call Xcel Energy at 1-800-895-1999.
  • Work will occur on Saturday, July 25.
  • Please see the construction phasing map.
  • Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.
  • All work dates below are weather permitting.


Phase 1 & 2:

  • General Notes
    • Vehicles cannot be parked on the street during construction working hours.
    • Check your front door daily for notification of temporary water loss.
    • Driveway Accessibility
      • You will generally have access in and out of your driveway each morning and evening, and potentially throughout the day. Exceptions include periodic excavations in front of your driveway that may last hours. The contractor will knock on your door notifying you of the excavation work and give you time to park your car on the street, so you aren’t blocked in.


Phase 1

  • Upcoming Work
    • Tara Road, Antrim Court, and Antrim Terrace mailbox installation is scheduled for the week of 7/27. The contractor will notify you when mail delivery will be restored. Until that time, please continue to collect your mail at the temporary mail bank location.
  • Ongoing Work
    • Lanham Lane and Kemrich Drive roadway and soil corrections is scheduled to continue into the week of 7/27. Crews will be onsite continuing work on Kemrich Drive Saturday, 7/25.
    • Lee Valley Circle and Weston Circle sod installation will begin when weather permits.
    • Tara Road, Antrim Court, and Antrim Terrace irrigation repairs are scheduled to continue the week of 7/27.


Phase 2:

  • Upcoming Work
    • Fleetwood Drive and Tralee Drive roadway excavation and soil corrections is scheduled to begin the week of 7/27.
  • Ongoing Work
    • Fleetwood Drive sump drain installation will continue during the week of 7/27.
  • Completed Work
    • Dublin Circle watermain replacement is complete.
    • Tralee Drive storm sewer improvements are complete.
