Construction Update - 8/14/2026

Project Area

  • Kerry Road between Dublin Road and Wexford Road will have limited access due to watermain installation during the week of 8/17. Expect delays and use alternate routes if you can.
  • If you have any power outages or electrical appliance issues at your home, please call Xcel Energy at 1-800-895-1999.
  • Please see the construction phasing map.
  • Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.
  • All work dates below are weather permitting.


Phase 1 & 2:

  • General Notes
    • Vehicles cannot be parked on the street during construction working hours.
    • Check your front door daily for notification of temporary water loss.
    • Driveway Accessibility
      • You will generally have access in and out of your driveway each morning and evening, and potentially throughout the day. Exceptions include periodic excavations in front of your driveway that may last hours. The contractor will knock on your door notifying you of the excavation work and give you time to park your car on the street, so you aren’t blocked in.


Phase 1:

  • Upcoming Work
    • Lanham Lane and Kemrich Drive (east of Lanham Lane):
      • driveway access will be restored by the end of the day on Monday, 8/17.
      • The first layer of asphalt paving is scheduled for the week of 8/17, weather permitting.
    • Lee Valley Circle, Weston Circle and Village Drive sod installation is tentatively scheduled for the week of 8/17.
  • Ongoing Work
    • Tara Road, Antrim Court, and Antrim Terrace backfilling behind curb in preparation for topsoil installation.

Phase 2:

  • Upcoming Work
    • Fleetwood Drive and Tralee Drive
      • driveway access will be restored by the end of the day on Monday, 8/17.
      • The first layer of asphalt paving is scheduled for the week of 8/17, weather permitting.
    • Dublin Circle and Antrim Road water service installation is scheduled for the week of 8/17.
    • 70th Street sanitary sewer main installation is scheduled for the week of 8/17.
  • Ongoing Work
    • Kerry Road, Dublin Road, Wexford Road water main installation continues the week of 8/17.
  • Completed Work
    • Tralee Drive and Kerry Road sanitary sewer main lining is complete.
