Construction Update - 8/7/2026

Project Area

• Please see the construction phasing map.
• Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.
• All work dates below are weather permitting.

Phase 1 & 2:

• General Notes
  • Vehicles cannot be parked on the street during construction working hours.
  • Check your front door daily for notification of temporary water loss.
  • Driveway Accessibility
    • You will generally have access in and out of your driveway each morning and evening, and potentially throughout the day. Exceptions include periodic excavations in front of your driveway that may last hours. The contractor will knock on your door notifying you of the excavation work and give you time to park your car on the street, so you aren’t blocked in.

Phase 1

• Upcoming Work
  • Lanham Lane and Kemrich Drive (east of Lanham Lane) concrete driveway installation is scheduled for Monday, 8/10.
• Ongoing Work
  • Lee Valley Circle, Weston Circle and Village Drive sod installation is tentatively scheduled for the week of 8/17.
  • Tara Road, Antrim Court, and Antrim Terrace irrigation repairs are scheduled to continue the week of 8/10.
  • Antrim Court/Terrace paver driveway replacements will continue the week of 8/10.

Phase 2:

• Upcoming Work
  • Fleetwood Drive and Tralee Drive curb and gutter installation is scheduled for the week of 8/10.
  • Dublin Circle water service installation is scheduled for the week of 8/10.
  • Crews will be onsite Saturday, 8/8 reclaiming the existing road surface on Kerry Road and W 70th Street.
• Ongoing Work
  • Kerry Road, Dublin Road, Wexford Road water main installation resumes.
