Construction Update- 9/18/26

Project Area

• Please see the construction phasing map.
• Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.
• All work dates below are weather permitting.

Phase 1 & 2:

• General Notes
  • Vehicles cannot be parked on the street during construction working hours.
  • Check your front door daily for notification of temporary water loss.
  • Driveway Accessibility
    • You will generally have access in and out of your driveway each morning and evening, and potentially throughout the day. Exceptions include periodic excavations in front of your driveway that may last hours. The contractor will knock on your door notifying you of the excavation work and give you time to park your car on the street, so you aren’t blocked in.
  • Tree replacements will happen later in the fall.
  • The final layer of asphalt will be installed later in the fall.

Phase 1:

• Ongoing Work (week of 9/21)
  • Lanham Lane, Kemrich Drive (East of Lanham Lane), Tara Road, Antrim Court and Antrim Terrace
    • Backfilling behind curb in preparation for topsoil installation
    • Landscape restoration
    • Sod installation

Phase 2:

• Upcoming Work (week of 9/21)
  • Dublin Circle, Dublin Road, Antrim Road, and 70th St
    • Restoring access to driveways
    • Paving the base layer of asphalt

  • Tralee Drive
    • Backfilling behind curb in preparation for topsoil installation
    • Irrigation and landscape restoration

Phase 3:

• Upcoming Work (week of 9/21)
  • Down Road, Lee Valley Road, Kemrich Drive (West of Lanham Lane)
    • Water service replacement
    • Fire hydrant and gate valve replacement
    • Removal of existing curb and gutter on Kemrich Drive
• Completed Work
  • Mailbox removals. The temporary mail bank is located at W 69th adjacent to Calvary Lutheran Church.
