Construction Update - 9/4/2026

A revision was made to include the entirety of Shannon Drive in Phase 3.
Please set out your garbage and recycling containers before 6 AM. We encouraged haulers to arrive early to avoid conflicts with the contractor and their operations.
All work dates below are weather permitting.

Phase 1 & 2:

General Notes
- Vehicles cannot be parked on the street during construction working hours.
- Check your front door daily for notification of temporary water loss.
- Driveway Accessibility
  - You will generally have access in and out of your driveway each morning and evening, and potentially throughout the day. Exceptions include periodic excavations in front of your driveway that may last hours. The contractor will knock on your door notifying you of the excavation work and give you time to park your car on the street, so you aren’t blocked in.

Phase 1:

Upcoming Work (week of 9/7)
- Village Drive sod installation.
- Weston Circle and Lee Valley Circle tree replacements will happen later in the fall.
Ongoing Work
- Lanham Lane, Kemrich Drive (east of Lanham Lane), Tara Road, Antrim Court and Antrim Terrace
  - Backfilling behind curb in preparation for topsoil installation.
  - Irrigation and landscape restoration
  - Paver driveway reinstallation

Phase 2:

Upcoming Work (week of 9/7)
- Fleetwood Drive and Tralee Drive
  - Backfilling behind curb in preparation for topsoil installation.
  - Irrigation and landscape restoration.
  - Mailbox reinstallation

- Removal of poor soils in preparation for curb and gutter installation
