    The sale will allow for the development of 70 units of affordable housing containing 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. The HRA bought this Parcel on August 29, 2019 and on the same day entered into a Purchase Agreement with 4100 Edina, LLC, the general partner of The Sound on 76th LP. The HRA was holding this Parcel until all necessary financing for the development was secured.
