PUBLIC HEARING: 4502 Golf Terrace

The Planning Commission meeting was cancelled (due to weather) February 22, 2023 and pushed back the public hearing date to March 15, 2023. On the March 15, 2023 Planning Commission meeting, this variance was unanimously approved.

The property is located along the north side of Golf Terrace consisting of a two-story home with an attached rear loading/facing garage at 4502 Golf Terrace. The proposed project consists of replacing the two-garage door and moving the car entry to the front of the house. To modernize the garage redesign, the proposed garage does not meet interior side yard setback and thus a variance is requested. The upper-level addition, which includes a master bedroom and ensuite bathroom, will comply with the 10-foot interior side yard setback. The current West interior side yard setback of the garage is 7'-5" with the proposed set back at 5'-3" on the north and 5'-8" on the south (ends of the garage).
