This variance was approved 5-0 at the Special Planning Commission meeting on December 30, 2021.


The applicant is requested a 5-foot setback variance from the required 10-foot side yard setback for a third car garage addition at 6512 Aspen Road. The proposed garage addition and overhang will not overlap into the existing utility easement. The project conforms to all other zoning requirements.
