Public Hearing: Former Public Works Site- 5146 Eden Avenue Site Plan

On March, 7, 2023 City Council approved Resolution No. 2023-17 for a Preliminary Development Site Plan Review for 5146 Eden Avenue (former Public Works Site).


Jester Concepts is requesting Site Plan approval to build a 13,500 square foot restaurant with an outdoor dining area at the old public works site, located at 5146 Eden Avenue. This would be Phase 2 of the redevelopment of the site. Phase 1 will be an 86-unit senior cooperative housing project. The property is zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development.
