Public Hearing: Interlachen Country Club Conditional Use Permit

This was approved at City Council on July 19, 2022.

Interlachen Country Club is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to improve the existing racquet facility and related amenities. The plans include a new lodge with restaurant, fitness center, racquet courts and two covered tennis courts. These facilities would be located where the existing racquet courts are on the site today. The covered tennis courts require a structure height variance from 20 feet for non-primary buildings to 39 feet. The existing clubhouse on the site is 52 feet tall.
