What is the current stormwater storage capacity in the back yard?

jon144 asked about 4 years ago

    Hi,

I assume this question is in reference to 4209 Crocker Avenue. The existing volume below the 871.00’ elevation in the rear yard is 25,131 cubic feet.

Local flood standard requires no net increase in risk to adjacent properties. The applicant proposes compensatory storage to meet this requirement. The applicant proposes 25,190 cubic feet of storage in the rear yard via underground storage and basin.

    Best,
