Vacate that part of the Utility Easement over, under and across Lots 59 and 59A, "ROLLING GREEN SECTION TWO", Hennepin County, Minnesota as dedicated in the plat of "GUNNAR JOHNSON'S REARRANGEMENT, ROLLING GREEN", Hennepin County, Minnesota lying easterly of the west 15.00 feet of said Lots 59 and 59A thereof.
