The first phase of field work is now complete, including the topographic survey and initial geotechnical investigations. Over the next month, the project team will be reviewing existing site conditions and evaluating potential construction methods for the new sanitary sewer. The alternatives analysis will explore both traditional open-cut construction and trenchless installation techniques for the mainline of the sanitary sewer.

Residents will have the opportunity to learn more about the project status and the alternative options being considered at an in-person open house this summer--stay tuned for more information. The public will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the alternatives as well as other questions or concerns they may have related to the project. Meeting materials will also be available for review on the project website.
