Construction Update - 10/4/2024

Although the first layer of asphalt is complete on the majority of Barrie Road and on Heritage Drive, no parking remains in effect. Please do not park on the street during working hours. You may get towed. This will give the contractor the proper space to do work. Thank you for your cooperation.

Barrie Road

• Concrete sidewalk installation is expected to resume the week of 10/7. The remaining handful of concrete driveway apron will occur the week of 10/7 as well.
• Irrigation repairs are scheduled to continue into the week of 10/7.
• Streetlight installation is scheduled to begin the week of 10/7.

Heritage Drive

• Topsoil installation is scheduled to begin the week of 10/7.

W. 65th Street

• Xcel Energy’s relocation of their facilities has been delayed. Sorry for the delay.
• While the street is gravel, it is open to vehicular traffic. Please drive slowly.
