Construction Update - 6/14/2024

Expect delays driving on Heritage Drive between York Avenue and Barrie Road. We recommend using York Ave, Barrie Road, W. 65^th and W. 66^th Streets. A map visualizing this can be found here.

Barrie Road

• Removals will begin the week of 6/17. Please do not park on the street during working hours. You may get towed.
• Temporary water set up began. Once complete, short-term water shut offs will be required to switch over to temporary water. These shut offs will occur in late June or early July, and you will be notified when they occur.

Heritage Drive

• The Contractor will continue watermain improvements into the week of 6/17.

W. 65^th Street

• While the street is gravel, it is open to vehicular traffic. Please drive slowly.
• Xcel Energy’s relocation of their facilities has been delayed. Sorry for the delay.

CenterPoint Energy

• Michels continues gas related improvements, which is scheduled to conclude late June.
