Construction Update - 7/29/2024

Traffic Update

• Expect short term delays driving on the following streets during the week of 7/29. Please plan your trips to account for these short-term delays.
  • Barrie Road due to watermain work.
  • Heritage Drive due to concrete driveway apron and sidewalk installation.
• Excessive vehicle speeds are prevalent in the project area, so please slow down. We encourage safety for both you AND the construction crew.

Barrie Road

• The Contractor will continue watermain improvements into the week of 7/29.
• Short-term water shut offs related to watermain work are anticipated. Look out for emails and notifications from property managers with details.

Heritage Drive

• Installation of concrete driveway aprons and sidewalk is scheduled to occur during the week of 7/29.

W. 65th Street

• While the street is gravel, it is open to vehicular traffic. Please drive slowly.
• Xcel Energy’s relocation of their facilities has been delayed. Sorry for the delay.
