Substantial Completion
The Southdale B Street Reconstruction project is substantially complete. The contractor will address the following remaining items in the summer of 2025 as part of final completion.
- Roadway striping on W 65th Street and Barrie Road.
- Watering of sod on W 65th Street will continue for a short period. Following acceptance of the sod in fall 2025, property owners will be responsible for the new sod.
- Remaining Irrigation repairs as needed.
- Warranty repairs (2025/2026)
