Tree Nomination Form

Residents and community members interesting in participating should fill out this form to nominate a tree in your yard, your neighborhood or a local park located within the city of Edina that feels worthy of recognition. This can include trees of any size, color, species, or stature that are interesting, unique and significant to you. 

To nominate a tree for consideration, fill out the following survey and upload at least one photo. Nominations will be accepted June 1 through October 15 each year. Trees nominated for consideration will be reviewed by the Energy and Environment Commission (EEC). Nominators and owners of selected trees will be notified of their award in November.

You can nominate more than one tree, but please submit a separate form for each tree you wish to nominate.
