December 11, 2025 Update

Great News, the intersection of Interlachen Blvd, Vernon Ave and Gus Young Lane reopened to traffic on this week with the use of temporary signals. The temporary signals will be operating until the contractor resumes work in the spring. The exact date will be determined based on weather. The traffic signals and power to light the signals on the Highway 100 Bridge are tentatively scheduled for mid to late January. The noise wall planking is scheduled for delivery early January. After delivery, the contractor will provide an installation plan for us to share. There may be a couple northbound Highway 100 onramp closures next week to straighten noise wall posts. There is not enough room for the contractor to complete this work with the ramp open. It would be a temporary closure between 10 am – 2 pm over two days.
