Construction Update 7/29 (Current week, 8/4 and 8/11)

Thanks for keeping up to speed with us as the project develops. Keep in mind this information will change as the course of construction and weather affect our work.

Key Update

• Phase 1 is wrapping up with restoration of roadways. This phase will be paved, stripped and open to traffic before we move to Phase 2, north of Hazelton.

This Week

• Placement of curb and gutter, concrete driveways, walks, and final grade of aggregate base.
• A contractor for Xcel Energy may be on site to replace street lights this week or next.

Week of 8/4

• Aggregate base finishing touches, bituminous paving
• Additional concrete work
• A contractor for Xcel Energy may be on site to replace street lights this week.

Week of 8/11

• Concrete cure time
• Driveway paving this week or next
