Project Summary
About the Project
The proposed 2026 reconstruction project includes complete reconstruction of the concrete pavement with asphalt pavement, replacement of concrete curb and gutter, replacement of a portion of the watermain and water services, improvements to the sanitary sewer and storm sewer systems, and potential construction of concrete sidewalk facilities.
The following streets and address ranges are located within the project boundary:
- Parklawn Court: 4415; 4425; 4435; and 4456
An estimated preliminary assessment range will be prepared later during the summer. Based on the assessment policy, 52.6% of the roadway project costs will be assessed to Parklawn Court property owners, and 47.4% of the roadway project costs will be paid for by property taxes.
