The representative for Cavalry Church, located at 5300 France Ave., is requesting a 38-foot east setback variance from the required 50-foot requirement per Section 36-438 of the Edina Zoning Ordinance to allow a 12-foot setback from the north lot line. The variance is to allow Calvary to build a storage building 12 ft. from the north property line upon the removal of a much larger double dwelling unit on the property that has fallen in disrepair. The storage building will meet all other setback requirements and Edina codes. Existing Conditions

    2 - One public hearing will take place for variance requests in the City Hall Council Chambers, 4801 W. 50th St. Attend the meeting in person to give public input or watch the meeting live from home on Edina TV (Comcast Channels 813 or 16) or EdinaMN.gov/LiveMeetings(External link)(External link).
