These projects include building improvements or construction, equipment replacements, street maintenance and reconstruction, vehicle purchases and maintenance of water and sewer lines.
The CIP process is underway to create a plan for 2025-2030.

Staff continues to monitor rail traffic volume and speeds as it relates to safety of rail crossings. In staff's opinion, current volumes and speeds do not warrant at-grade rail safety investments. - Chad Millner, Director of Engineering
