This 2027 construction project includes work for Interlachen Blvd. from approximately 400' east of Blake Road to Mirror Lakes Drive.

The improvements include rehabilitation to the water main, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer systems, installation of concrete curb and gutter with on street bike lanes, bituminous street pavement, and concrete sidewalk construction along the south side of Interlachen Boulevard. These improvements are needed to provide the services expected of the roadway, public utilities, and for pedestrian safety.

The overall construction cost is estimated to be $6.1 million. This project will be funded using Municipal State Aid funds, local utility funds, and property owner assessments as well as a donation from Interlachen Country Club. Estimated assessments per REU are $4,500 to $6,500. There are 13 properties impacted by assessments.
