Hi this is Kristen Gibbons 6475 Berry Road. I just wanted to add couple more comments to the city council meeting tonight. There was no value to property assessment given during the presentation. There was for the other project but there was none for the residence along Barrie Road and then I had made a comment about you know the destruction of the utilities and putting in the sidewalks would lead to more assessment cost for the residence and and that's relating to like snow removal, primarily, snow removal is my concern. Thank you for your time.(Transcribed by City Staff. Voicemail received 12/11/23 at 6:00 PM)

"Hi this is Kristen Gibbons I live at 6475 Barrie Road and I'm calling about the roadway improvement levy to be held. I do have an objection to the amount of the levy. It's one third of our existing property taxes and I live in the colony most of people in the colony are retired we barely use the highway in front of us which is primarily used by MTC and the construction vehicles for the you know new building that went up on the corner of 66th and Barrie and used by hospital personnel. So anyway I just believe the the levy on our properties is way in excess of our use of the street on Barrie for the improvement and so I have an objection to that I also have an objection to moving to the parking from the west side to the east side which will probably cut down more trees along our beautiful neighborhood. So I would recommend that even though the construction is gonna go forward on the roadways that the parking be continued to be on the West Side and not on East Side. Thank you very much. This is Kristen Gibbons, 6475 Barrie Road. Thank you.
