Comments submitted will provide feedback to the HPC to be considered. Each page includes the information that was submitted by the applicant. Certain changes to landmark properties, or properties within a Historic District, require a Certificate of Appropriateness before a building permit is issued. Certificate of Appropriateness' (COA's) are reviewed by the City's Heritage Preservation Commission.
