Phase 2:

• The final layer of asphalt pavement on the remaining portions of Grove Street has been rescheduled for Monday, 11/15 (weather permitting).

• The contractor will apply hydromulch to the topsoil throughout the phase during the week of 11/15.

Phase 4:

• Topsoil placement is scheduled to resume Monday, 11/15.
• The contractor will apply hydromulch to the topsoil throughout the phase the week of 11/15.

Phase 5:

• The first layer of asphalt pavement will be complete on 11/12.
• Topsoil placement will begin the week of 11/15.
• Mailbox reinstallations will occur during the week of 11/15.
• Asphalt driveway patching is expected to begin on 11/15.
• The final layer of asphalt pavement is scheduled to be installed late in the week of 11/15.

All Phases

The Contractor will begin sawing and sealing the asphalt pavement beginning the week of 11/15 in Phase 1. This process provides room for the asphalt to expand and contract during the freeze thaw cycle. This work is anticipated to take a few hours per block, and will continue in each phase after the final asphalt layer is placed.

Phase 2:

• The final layer of asphalt pavement is scheduled on the remaining portions of Grove Street late in the week of 11/8.

Phase 3:

• Topsoil placement will resume on the remaining streets on 11/10.
• The contractor will apply hydromulch to the topsoil throughout the phase the week of 11/15.
• The final layer of asphalt pavement is scheduled for late in the week of 11/8.

Phase 4:

• Concrete sidewalk placement is scheduled to be complete on 11/5.
• Topsoil placement will resume the week of 11/8.
• The contractor will apply hydromulch to the topsoil throughout the phase the week of 11/15.

Phase 5:

• Concrete driveway aprons and concrete driveway replacements are complete.
• The sidewalk installation continues, and as anticipated to be complete by 11/10.
• The first layer of asphalt pavement is scheduled for late in the week of 11/8.

Phases 3-5

• In lieu of dormant seeding this fall, the contractor will only place stabilizing hydromulch on the topsoil this fall and place seed in spring 2022.

Phase 3:

• Concrete driveway apron installation is complete throughout the phase.
• The first layer of asphalt will be placed on the remaining streets the week of 11/1.
• The contractor will continue to prepare the boulevards for topsoil placement throughout the phase.
• Topsoil placement is scheduled to continue on 11/3.

Phase 4:

• Concrete work is scheduled to resume in the phase on 10/29, including driveways and sidewalk.
• Excavation and installation of gravel base for the concrete sidewalk is complete between Code Ave and Normandale. Crews will prepare the boulevards for topsoil placement prior to concrete installation, which is scheduled for the week of 11/1.

Phase 5:

• Concrete curb and gutter installation is scheduled to finish on 10/29.
• Concrete driveway aprons and concrete driveway replacements are scheduled to begin on 10/29.
• After the concrete work concludes, crews will begin preparing the boulevards for topsoil placement.

Phases 3-5

• After the curb is installed, crews will begin grading the boulevards for topsoil placement.

Phase 4:

• The remainder of the concrete curb and gutter installation is now scheduled for 10/21. The driveway aprons, concrete driveway replacements, and sidewalk will follow the curb and gutter installation.
• Boulevard excavation for sidewalk installation between Code Ave and the Frontage Road is scheduled to begin on 10/22. The driveway removal limits have been marked and saw cut.
• During the sidewalk grading, crews will be preparing the boulevards for topsoil placement.

Phase 5:

• Hansen Rd street excavation is expected to conclude on 10/22.
• Concrete curb and gutter installation will follow the curb installation in phases 3 and 4, and may begin on portions of Hansen Rd as soon as 10/21.

Phase 6

• Road reconstruction on Windsor Ave has been postponed for 2021. Work will resume in spring 2022. Stay tuned for a door notification on the subject.

Phases 3-5

• In lieu of dormant seeding this fall, the contractor may only place stabilizing hydromulch on the topsoil this fall and place seed in spring 2022. Stay tuned for updates.

• After the curb is installed, crews will begin grading the boulevards for topsoil placement.
• Topsoil placement on Dale Ave and Bernard Pl is complete and topsoil work will transition to the remainder of the phase after the concrete has cured.

Phase 4:

• The sidewalk excavation between Code Ave and the Frontage Road is still anticipated to begin the week of 10/18.
• During the sidewalk grading, crews will be preparing the boulevards for topsoil placement.
• The remainder of the curb and gutter installation is now scheduled for early in the week of 10/18. The concrete driveway aprons and concrete driveway replacements will follow the curb and gutter installation.

Phase 5:

• Storm sewer installation is anticipated to be complete before 10/19.
• Street excavation continues on Hansen Rd, and is expected to be complete on 10/22.
• Concrete curb and gutter installation will follow the street excavation, and is scheduled for late in the week of 10/18.

Phases 1 and 2:

• Brick/Paver replacement work in Phase 2 has been rescheduled to the week of 10/11.

Phase 3:

• Following curb installation, boulevard grading for topsoil placement will occur.
• Topsoil placement on Dale Ave and Bernard Pl is ongoing and will continue into the rest of the phase after the concrete has gained sufficient strength.

Phase 4:

• Sidewalk excavation began between Hansen Rd and Code Ave. The sidewalk excavation between Code Ave and the Frontage Road is anticipated to begin the week of 10/18.
• During the sidewalk grading, crews will be preparing the boulevards for topsoil placement.
• The remainder of the curb and gutter installation is scheduled for early in the week of 10/11. The driveway aprons and concrete driveway replacements will follow the curb and gutter installation. Check your front door daily for time sensitive notices.

Phase 5:

• Crews began installing new water services this week. Please check your front door daily for time sensitive notifications, as you will likely lose access to your driveway for a day during this work.
• Once the water service installations are complete, Kusske Construction will contact you to coordinate removal of the temporary water service.
• Storm sewer installation is scheduled to begin on 10/11.
• Valley Paving will begin the road excavation of Hansen Rd the week of 10/11. This process involves removing poor soils and replacing them will better road base material. Check your front door daily for time sensitive notices, as you will likely lose access to your driveway for a day during this process.
• Concrete curb and gutter installation will follow the street excavation.

Phase 2:

• Brick/Paver replacement work is scheduled to begin the week of 10/4.

Phase 3:

• The storm sewer installation and street excavation has been completed throughout the phase.
• Concrete curb and gutter installation will begin on 10/1 (weather permitting) for W 57th St, Code Ave, and a portion of Melody Lake Dr. Check your front door for time sensitive notices.
• After the curb is installed, crews will begin grading the boulevards for topsoil placement.
• Topsoil placement is scheduled to begin the week of 10/4 on Dale Ave and Bernard Pl with remaining streets to follow.
• The first lift of asphalt on Dale Ave and Bernard Pl is scheduled for Saturday, 10/2.

Phase 4:

• Sidewalk excavation is scheduled to begin the week of 10/4, with concrete work to follow after.
• The storm sewer installation is complete.
• Street excavation will be completed in the phase on 9/30.

Phase 5:

• The new watermain installation is in progress and is expected to be complete by the end of the day 10/1.
• On 10/1, crews will begin installing new water services. The water service installations are anticipated to last through the week of 10/4. Please check your front door daily for time sensitive notifications, as you will likely lose access to your driveway for a day during this work.

The City of Edina to Dedicate Yancey Park at 4:30 p.m. Monday, 10/4.

Phase 3:

• The storm sewer installation completion date has been extended to 9/28.
• The street excavation completion date has been extended to 9/27.
• Concrete curb and gutter installation will follow street excavation and is scheduled to continue the week of 9/27 on remaining phase 3 streets.
• After the curb is installed, crews will begin grading the boulevards for topsoil placement.
• The first lift of asphalt is scheduled for late in the week of 9/27.

Phase 4:

• Sidewalk excavation is now anticipated to begin on 10/4, with concrete work to follow soon after.
• The remaining storm sewer installation is expected to be complete on 9/28.
• Street Excavation is complete on W 56th St between Code Ave and Dale Ave. The remainder of the street excavation will take place the week of 9/27.

Phase 5:

• The temporary above ground watermain installation is in progress. Following sanitizing of the temporary system, Kusske Construction will be contacting you with a knock on the door or a notification on your door to set up temporary water service. Access to your basement is necessary to finalize the water connection.
• The watermain installation is scheduled to begin the week of 9/27.
• Water service installation will follow watermain installation and is anticipated to begin the week of 10/4.

Phase 2:

• Seeding and hydromulching is nearly complete. Turf restoration will occur at all properties following irrigation system repair completion.
• Concrete driveway installation is expected to be complete on 9/18.

Phase 3:

• The storm sewer installation completion date has been extended to 9/21.
• The street excavation completion date has been extended to 9/23.
• Concrete curb and gutter installation will follow street excavation and is scheduled to continue the week of 9/20.
• After the curb is installed, crews will begin grading the boulevards for topsoil placement.
• The first lift of asphalt is scheduled for the week of 9/27.

Phase 4:

• Sidewalk excavation is now anticipated to begin on 9/27, with concrete work to follow soon after.
• The sump line installation is complete throughout the phase. Storm sewer installation is expected to be completed the week of 9/20.

Phase 5:

• At the request of the USPS, your mail will be delivered and can be picked up at a temporary mailbox bank at the intersection of Grove St and Hansen Rd. If you have any questions related to mail service, please contact the USPS at 952-835-1150.
• The contractor began pavement, curb, and driveway removals on 9/13.
• Centerpoint Energy’s contractor will be complete with their gas main work on 9/17.
• Watermain work is now expected to begin the week of 9/20. Please check your front door daily for time sensitive notices, as temporary water shutoffs will occur.

Phase 2:

• The remaining Grove Street concrete curb and gutter and concrete driveway work is scheduled for Saturday 9/11.

Phase 3:

• The sump drain installation is scheduled to be substantially complete on 9/10.
• Street excavation on Dale Ave is complete. The Bernard Pl street excavation is expected to be complete on 9/10. Phase wide street excavation is expected to be complete on 9/21.
• Concrete curb and gutter installation may occur on Saturday 9/11 along a portion of Dale Ave. On 9/13, curb installation will continue on streets where excavation is complete.

Phase 4:

• The watermain and water service installations are complete. Service disconnections from the temporary watermain and reconnections to the new main began.
• Storm sewer installation is scheduled to begin the week of 9/13.
• Sidewalk excavation on W. 56th St is expected to begin the week of 9/13.

Phase 5:

• The retaining wall installation is expected to be complete on 9/17.
• The contractor will begin pavement, curb, and driveway removals on 9/13.
• On 9/16 Centerpoint Energy will have a contractor on site to begin removing the old gas main.
• Watermain work is expected to begin on Hansen Rd north of the railroad tracks the week of 9/13.
• The modified Hansen Rd traffic plan will continue during the week of 9/13.
